RETURNS & WARRANTY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that we cannot refund special orders, shipping charges, or handling fees for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) in its original packaging and include a copy of the RMA form. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Returns will not be accepted unless they have been approved and issued an RMA.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
